Servant Pastor Sapphire L. Jackson

Servant Pastor Sapphire L. Jackson was born on September 15, 1986, in East Meadow, NY. She is a woman who wears many "hats". She is a Pastor, entrepreneur, model, actress, playwright, screenwriter, and songwriter. She is the mother of two beautiful children, Jada and Jania. She is also a Godmother and a spiritual mother to many.

Even with her busy schedule of parenting, pastoring, and entertaining she still finds time to fulfill the duties of being an entrepreneur. She is the President of Glorious Essentials LLC, an essential brand of vegan skin care products with more products to come that seek to help you get your glo back.

Sapphire is a philanthropist at heart and that is why she founded The Blue Ring Foundation, a non-profit organization in 2010 that sought to help battered women, teenage mothers, and single mothers. From a young age, she always wanted to put a smile on others' faces whether that meant being on stage in front of a crowd or just having a one-on-one conversation.

Since the age of 4, she developed a close relationship with God and said “ YES” to the call on her life as she accepted the Lord as her Savior. By the age of 9, she was traveling with her mother, the late Prophetess Doris Couch, to different states preaching the Word of God. During a ministry trip to London in 2016 she said “YES AGAIN” to God and to HIS will for her life.

By God’s Grace on June 11, 2017, she was installed as the Lead Pastor of Restoration House of Power Inc. in St. Albans NY. It is her hope to launch another non-profit organization within the ministry that will bring restoration and support to the community. For this very reason, she prefers the title of Servant Pastor as she believes in serving others as Jesus did.

Through the years she has been featured in several productions including red-carpet affairs, fashion shows, live theatre plays, and web talk shows, and is featured in the movie "The Reflections of Sistahs" which she had the pleasure of writing and directing. She also wrote and directed her inspirational stage play "Sistah Sistah". She had the pleasure of being involved in Pearls, A P.C.O.S. Documentary where she was able to bond with other women while sharing her story of dealing with and overcoming polycystic ovarian syndrome.

She is also the creator of Sistahs Inspiring Sistahs, a Facebook group that looks to inspire and uplift women all over the world. She has hosted conference calls, prayer calls, chat & chews, and seminars because of her passion to inspire women. She loves the Lord and through her life story, she prays lives will be changed for the better. One of her favorite scriptures is Philippians 4:13 " I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

Pastor Ashton N. Bell, Th. D

Assistant Pastor

Ashton N. Bell is a minister, academic, artist, educator, and visionary whose use of the arts, education, and the Word of God continue to deal damage to the enemy’s kingdom.

Dr. Bell is the Chairman/CEO of The Next Generation Enhancement Programs, Inc., a non-profit organization that was established in order to bring arts education into areas where it is often cut from the public-school budget. He desires to provide the platform for students of all backgrounds to find their niche and thrive.

Ashton serves as the Assistant Pastor of Restoration House of Power in Queens, NY. In addition to being on the ministerial staff and preaching, Ashton is also one of the leading instructors in the ministerial training classes at the church. Additionally, two areas hold a special focus for Dr. Bell, church order, and ministering to the whole man. He strives to bring order back in to the church as well as provide the body of Christ with the tools not just to be great spiritually, but to thrive naturally as well. A second-generation prophet, Pastor Bell stands flat-footed and declares the Word of the Lord with the compassion of a leader, the intention of a teacher, and the accuracy of an archer. Dr. Bell also serves as the General Secretary for Resurgence Unlimited, under the leadership of Archbishop Dr. Orion R. Denmond.

Dr. Bell flows in the offices of Apostle, Prophet, Pastor and Teacher. As a millennial pastor, he lives by the scripture 1 Timothy 4:12-14  "Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.  Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery." 

As an artist, Ashton has been involved in theater for over 20 years. He has had extensive experience as a director, assistant director and stage manager. He has worked on projects with Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Pastor David Wright, Perfecting Faith Church, the New York Call, Inc, and Andre Byrd. He is a board member of Sister’s Circle Community Gospel Theater, Inc. He is also an accomplished artist, utilizing acrylic and oil paint. He is a photographer, and can be seen snapping photos during special events at the church or at work. 

Ashton works as a high school special education teacher, specializing in English. He also works in an alternative learning setting for students who are not successful in a traditional school setting. He earned is Bachelor of Science in Special Education, a Master of Arts in Teaching English, a Master of Education in Educational Administration and a Doctor of Theology focusing on impactful preaching. He has been blessed to develop a familial relationship with many young people over the years, and is affectionally called Dad, Papa, or Pops by many of them. 

Pastor Cheryl Pate-Alexander

Executive Pastor

Cheryl Lynn Pate-Alexander has been churching it up since she was 7 years old. Coming up in a time when truly Sundays were for church with most days attending 2-3 services a day, Cheryl loves every aspect of worship and praise. Her journey has been making sure to learn every part and tool needed to effectively and proficiently serve the Kingdom of God.

Pastor Cheryl, as she is known at church, serves as the Executive Pastor of Restoration House of Power. She is a founding member of Ultimate Power Revival Center, Inc., the mother organization of RHOP, and all other organizations under Ultimate Power's ecclesiastical umbrella. As Executive Pastor, she utilizes her years of church knowledge, biblical studies, and divine wisdom to impart the word of God to the congregation. She oversees many aspects of the church structure to ensure it runs smoothly, including the Children’s Ministry, Family Ministry, Women’s Dept, and the Youth Dept. She is also the point person for the church’s Outreach department, connecting the church to the various social programs available to the membership.

Cheryl stands in the five fold ministry office of Teacher and walks in the gifting of administration and help. She submits to the Apostolic anointing on her life and is able to flow in every position that God places her. The two scriptures she lives by are Psalms 34:1, “I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth” and 1 Peter 4:8 “And above all, love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins.” Her favorite book of the Bible is Numbers, because she firmly believes that you need to know what you are doing, why you are doing it, and who did it before you.

In addition to her spiritual duties, Cheryl has held a plethora of positions in the civic area. Over the course of her life she has been a children's librarian, a radio show host, case planner, event coordinator and mentor/tutor. All of these positions have allowed her to hone in on her passion, human and community service. Her desire is that all she comes in contact with will know their purpose and fulfill their God given destiny. Additionally, she is an entrepreneur, selling high fashion jewelry, through Paparazzi Accessories. Furthermore, she has gifted hands and is a master seamstress, often being called upon by many to create a specific design or repair a favorite article of clothing. She combines her gift for sewing with her anointing as a teacher as she hosts her sewing classes for everyone from beginner to advanced.

Cheryl is a graduate of Hampton University and holds a B.S. in Merchandising and Marketing, and is a PROUD member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She has been married to her loving husband, Deacon Thomas Alexander for 26 years. They are the proud parents of 5 children, four girls and one boy, the grandparents of nine grandsons, and three granddaughters, and godparents to a host of godchildren.

A native of Jamaica, WI, Pastor Lewis came to the knowledge of Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior 50+ years ago. At Restoration House of Power, she provides seasoned wisdom to the younger saints and is a walking testimony to the keeping power of God.
