Purpose of The Leadership United Network

The Leadership United Network exists to serve as a sanctuary for leaders—pastors, ministry workers, visionaries, and trailblazers—who are in need of spiritual, emotional, and practical replenishment. In a world where leadership can often be isolating and demanding, we provide a safe, loving, and prayer-covered environment where leaders are seen, supported, and strengthened by other leaders who understand the weight of the call.

Our purpose is to recharge, restore, and realign leaders through authentic community, Spirit-led encouragement, and intentional connection. We believe that leadership should never be walked out alone. Through shared wisdom, transparent dialogue, and intercessory support, we help leaders receive what they need—whether that’s clarity, comfort, counsel, or simply a place to exhale—so they can continue to serve with excellence, purpose, and joy.

At the Leadership United Network, we are building a community where iron sharpens iron, where healing is prioritized, and where every leader is reminded that their well-being matters just as much as their assignment.

The start:

The leadership United Network was birthed after 2 weeks straight of all day prayer and an intense conversation between its founders, ServantPAstor Sapphire L. Jackson and Dr. A. Nickolus Bell. Leaders need a safe place where they can be poured into, and can expressthemselves in a safe environment, free from the gossip threads, and those with ill intention. Leaders understand leaders and the challenges and struggles that come with it, so who better to encourage leaders than other leaders?!
