Restoration House of Power Church History

During a ministry trip to London in 2016, Servant Pastor Sapphire Jackson had a conversation with Apostle Kingsley Eruemulor about her calling to leadership and becoming a Pastor. She reflected on her relationship with God which started at the age of 4 as she said “ YES” to the call on her life and she accepted the Lord as her Savior. By the age of 9, she was traveling with her mother, the late Prophetess Doris Couch, to different states preaching the Word of God. She had many encounters with God from childhood into adulthood including dreams of her starting a church. In prayer God gave her the name “ Restoration House of Power” and it was later confirmed by her younger sister that the same name was given to the late Prophetess Doris Couch before she went home to be with the Lord. With this confirmation and with God’s instructions, Servant Pastor Jackson started having prayer and bible teachings in her home until a temporary location in Hempstead, NY allowed her to host services.

By God’s Grace on June 11, 2017, she was installed as the Lead Pastor of Restoration House of Power Inc. in St. Albans NY. After the installation, Sunday services started at 5 pm every Sunday where revival, miracles, and deliverance would take place. The ministry was blessed to be connected to Overseer Mable Fritz, Ultimate Power Revival Center who allowed us to house the ministry in their headquarters. After 2 1/2 years of having services at 5 pm and also helping in with morning services with Ultimate Power Revival Center, God allowed us to merge together to continue the Work of the Lord. During the covid pandemic, we had online services and meetings when it was permitted. The ministry also hosted a prayer call for 336 hours straight to empower us during times of hardship caused by the covid pandemic. God blessed us Spring of 2022 to transition from our first location into a new location where we continue to Worship God in spirit and in truth.

Apostle Dr. Mabel Fritz

Overseer

Apostle Mabel Fritz is a powerful woman of God. She has been a voice declaring the word of God for over thirty years. 

Born in November 1945, Apostle Fritz is native of Monetta, South Carolina. She attended Ridgehille High School. She eventually moved to NY where she pursued degrees at both Bethel Bible Institute in Jamaica, NY and Trinity University in New Orleans LA. Apostle is no stranger to hard work. She worked for the New York Public Library in the Binding and Processing Department, eventually becoming the Senior Administrator. She retired after many years of exceptional service in 2005. 

Apostle Fritz came to know Jesus as a young adult in 1965. The following year, she was blessed to marry the love of her life, Elder Harold Fritz Sr. in 1966. 

After walking with the Lord for 20 years, Apostle Fritz was licensed as an Evangelist in 1985, and ordained as a minister in 1989 by her covering, the late Rev. A. L. McCreary, the pastor of Holy Ghost Revival Center. Pastor McCreary heeded to the voice of the lord and Ordained Apostle Fritz as a Pastor in 1990.

Apostle Fritz began to host a bible study in August of 1992, which eventually became Ultimate Power Revival Center in 1994. She successfully led UPRC for 24 years until she relocated to Georgia, and turned the ministry over to Pastor Sapphire L. Jackson. It was during her tenure as Pastor of URPC that Apostle Fritz was elevated to the office of Overseer in 1996, and Apostle in 2010 by Dr. Lloyd Bensin Sr., Chief Apostle of World Link of Churches and Ministries. The Hand of God was clearly seen on the Life of Apostle Fritz as evident by Apostle Samuel Mosely also appointing her to the office of Apostle in his fellowship in 2008. 

Apostle Fritz oversees Ultimate Power Revival Center, Ultimate Power Revival Center 2, under the care of Pastor MaryAnn Lane of Summerville SC, and Restoration House of Power under the care of Pastor Sapphire L. Jackson. 

A woman of Grace and  Education, Apostle Fritz has earned a Bachelors, Master’s and Doctorate degree from Trinity University. She is also a business woman, and has served as the president of both Unlimited Builders of Joy, Inc., and Ultimate Power Bible Institute. 

Apostle Fritz is an example of a true Proverbs 31 Woman, as all those who know her call her Blessed. She has been married to her loving Husband, Elder Harold Fritz Sr., for 57 years. They are the proud parents of Malvina Domonica, Sharelle Lavette, and Harold Jr. They are also the Spiritual parents of Pastor Cheryl Pate-Alexander and her husband, Deacon Thomas Alexander. They have 5 grandchildren and one great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.
